I've had the thing for years. But I finely got some new games on it. I got three.
Moon Patrol You may or may not have played this. But this is a side scrolling driving game. On 5200, it's far more advanced than it was on the 2600 (natch) It's got some great graphics and multi layered scrolling for the time. And it uses both fire buttons on the side to shoot and jump. One of the 5200's better games and
I'd give it a 10 out of 10 Pick it up if you find it.
Super Breakout This is a pack in game, but I got the system when they switched to Pac-Man and never managed to get a copy. This is one of the FEW games to actually use the analog stick. The harder you push left, or right, the farther the paddle will go. That's an excellent feature. The graphics are blazy considering what the game is, but the bricks disintegrate, which is a nice effect. If you have this on other systems, there's nothing really worth having other than the analog control which is excellent.
I'd give it a 7 out of 10.
Congo Bongo This is Sega's answer to Nintendo's popular DonkeyKong game. The graphics actually seem on the low end, but are in a 3/4 prespective which is unique for its time. This version features two screens, and scrolls from one to the next, an effect almost unheard of on the old school systems. The game seems to be a little on the easy side though. But it picks up after a few rounds, and it's fun to boot.
I'd give it a 8 out of 10.
